Being mindful of the way you wash your clothes is one of the best ways to take care of your clothes. We recommend you wash our items with gentle, environmentally kind products. And let it air-dry as often as you can.

Although we acknowledge that there is no such thing as a 100% sustainable brand, we strive always to consider what’s best for the people and the planet.

If you receive a store credit, it can be used for any future orders and does not expire. The credit will automatically be deducted at checkout the next time you shop.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation from us detailing the tracking number for your shipment.

Our packaging is entirely plastic-free. We ship our products in 100% recycled packaging that is made with 95-97% post-consumer waste. Our boxes and mailers are fully recyclable and will naturally biodegrade.

We offer free and easy returns within the U.S. Returns within the U.S. are accepted if postmarked within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned to us unused, unwashed, and with all ARIMMA tags still attached. If a return does not meet our policy, it will be sent back to you.

We are currently unable to accommodate direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange, please return your order and place a new one.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at returns@arimma.com, and we will arrange for a prepaid shipping label and set of return instructions to be emailed to you.

Once your return has reached our warehouse, your refund will be initiated to the original payment method or as store credit to your ARIMMA account. Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank.
